Human Options

100% of the donations for the 2009 OC Bowl will be given Irvine-based Human Options to further the development of their innovative program entitled Jason's Story (check the video out below).

Aimed at high school male student athletes, this program focuses on teaching how to understand and control negative emotions.  Awareness of how to deal with anger in a non-violent way, and how to have healthy relationships with family, friends, and girlfriends.

This free, one hour presentation engages the crowd through an interactive story that leaves the audience with tangible information they can utilize in their immediate lives.

Human Options provides handouts in both English and Spanish.

This program also offers outreach and training seminars for police and medical professionals, business and community groups.
